The Space

This spacious four-bedroom unit features nine beds sleeps 12 and can comfortably accommodate up to 17 guests in the kitchen and 12 in the living room. It’s the ideal venue for company picnics, family retreats, weddings, or reunions.

Relax on our expansive deck overlooking the water, take a leisurely walk around the lake, or enjoy some quality time playing board games in the comfort of the indoors. The deck is perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying cocktails at sunset.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all necessary kitchenware, making meal preparation a breeze. For those seeking a quiet escape, there’s a cozy sitting area in the loft that can accommodate two or three people, as well as a dedicated workspace for any necessary tasks.

Additional amenities include WiFi, linens, towels, Adirondack chairs, a coffee maker, a microwave, and private in-home laundry facilities. Enjoy the convenience of ample parking, all within the privacy of our property, which features a serene lake at its center.

EagleView is situated on a 24-acre parcel with an exciting outdoor environment that sets it apart. Including active wildlife, open green space, and a beautiful reflective 4 Acre Lake as our crown jewel.

All of the home is accessible to include a full kitchen and laundry.

We like to cook and believe we’ve provided everything you need to enjoy preparing meals for your family at EagleView. We also like to drink coffee, therefore, you will find what you need. If there is anything that’s not in place just call your neighbors on the other side of the water; we will be happy to lend you what we have.

Fishing

Fishing is permitted only with a valid private permit that must be applied for and approved prior to arrival. Each individual angler must complete an application and carry their permit while fishing.

Guests age 13 and under must either have their own permit or be listed on a permitted adult’s application and must be accompanied by that adult while fishing
